Since the beginning of my full-time training. I have been teaching TRX. I don’t think I make it through many workouts without using TRX and also teach about 4 to 5 classes a week just using TRX. To put it simply, I love the damn thing!
It would be hard for me to pick my single most favorite exercise on the TRX, but using the hardest would be an easy pick… TRX handstand push-ups. This exercise isn’t for beginners, it really ends up in my class, and only a select few clients can do this.
