By far one of my favorite types of powerlifting is flipping tires. No, it’s not technically powerlifting… But it’s basically a deadlift. So with that said, a lot of the same rules apply: the first thing you need to remember is that you’re keeping the weight as close to your body as possible, driving with your legs keeping your core and lower back tight. This should be a pretty explosive movements so pick a tire that you can handle. I have additional videos on my channel of other exercises that you can do it the tire and will continue to post more.
