Full tire circuit

Matt Jaggers performs a high intensity tire circuit. This is a full body workout. Great for advanced athletes, professional fighters, football players, and can be adjust to individuals by adjusting tire size.

This is a circuit 3 x (20 x tire flip, 16 x out and in, 8 x full tire jump, 20 x frog jump, 10 x burpee jumps, 20 x decline push ups)

Between each circuit :60 second Jump rope, 25 push-ups, and 10 pull ups
