I won’t lie, I got pretty damn lucky with my genetics… I’m not the fat kid turned trainer. I’m the skinny kid that rode my bike everywhere, that loved to run, that hated video games, and wouldn’t get out of the water at the beach. Simply put, I’ve been active my whole life. That’s why I look the way I do. BUT (and I can’t emphasize this enough) that doesn’t mean I haven’t had to change my diet. I’m not a young kid anymore, pizza and beer shows on my physique! I’ve done most of the major diets Vegan, Paleo, low carb, I.F., blah blah blah… There’s a new one every week it seems! My activity level is always way higher than the average Joe, so the major factor of change for me is diet. With that said, all of the major diets have worked well for me; and the only recommendations I give are to learn to shop and eat a sustainable diet.

Eventually, with great preparation, fuel choices, and some awesome cheat meals here and there, you end up with something that works for you!
